EMPOWERMENT OF WOMEN

Whilst EasyOven is a universal product research has shown that women make up the majority of “cooks”
in the family home.

 EasyOven™ believes in “Investing in Women” through empowerment and entrepreneurial programs to enable them to upscale business activities. Education programs and training in capacity building activities, enables the women to look at manufacturing and distribution through micro retail channels.

Encouraging local, regional and country level workshops would also raise the issues of clean cookstove and encourage the use of EasyOven™.

SAVING TIME

  • By reducing actual cooking time, giving the cook more time for other activities like playing with their children, reading, or social activities.

SAVING WATER

  • By reducing the amount of water needed in the cooking process that would otherwise be evaporated in the normal cooking process.

ENHANCED FOOD QUALITY

  • By reducing the direct and prolonged heat on the food,
    the EasyOven™ reduces the likelihood of the food burning.

ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT

  • By reducing the cooking time and the need for less fuel the EasyOven™ reduces the CO2 emissions
    and aids in reforestation. If used 4 times a week, the reduction in CO2 is up to a carbon ton per year.
