The key to success is getting your food to boiling temperature, and keep it there for the required time, before putting the boiling pot into the EasyOven.
We also recommend a heavy based pot with a lid that fits tightly. Ensuring that your pot is filled to near the top, as an almost-full pot retains heat much better than a half-full pot.
